Customer Service Window — no charge for replies
When a customer messages you first, all your replies within the following 24 hours are not charged. You only pay for messages sent outside this window (outbound campaigns, etc.).

The total cost of sending a message to a recipient is the sum of the platform pricing and the Meta per message fee.
The platform pricing is charged through your Bahasha wallet balance, while the Meta per message fee is charged directly through your Facebook Business Manager account.
