Shared Number Terms of Service

1. Acceptable Use

The shared number must be used responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. Any misuse, including, but not limited to, scamming, fraud, spamming, impersonation, or harassment, will lead to the immediate suspension or permanent ban of the associated Bahasha account.

2. Allowed Message Types

Messages sent through the shared number must remain strictly neutral in nature. Bahasha allows promotional and announcement-like messages, such as:

• General updates and notifications
• Service alerts and reminders
• Invitations and event announcements
• Product or feature updates
• Customer engagement and feedback requests
• Marketing campaigns and lead generation messages
• Greetings, appreciation, or thank-you messages
• Educational or informational content

Messages related to financial transactions, loans, payments, politics, health, religion, or other sensitive matters are strictly prohibited when using the shared number. Any violation may result in immediate account restriction or permanent suspension.

3. Messaging Limits

Each user is initially limited to sending up to 10 messages per day through the shared number. Users who require higher limits may request an increase on a per-message or campaign basis. Approval for higher limits is subject to message review and is capped at 2,000 messages per day.

4. Message Delivery and Refunds

In case of failed message delivery due to technical or network issues, Bahasha platform charges are refunded immediately. However, Meta charges are handled separately as outlined below.

5. Meta Charges and Refunds

Bahasha covers Meta's messaging costs through the organization's wallet. In cases where messages fail and Meta issues charge adjustments, refunds for Meta charges are processed within 7 days after Bahasha receives the official report from Meta.

6. Shared Number Management

Bahasha reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or discontinue the use of the shared number for any organization at any time, with or without prior notice, especially in cases of abuse, non-compliance, or maintenance requirements.

7. Number Replacement

Bahasha may change the shared number at any time. Changing the number will result in the loss of previously created WhatsApp message templates and the associated inbox. However, campaign history and performance reports will remain accessible in your Bahasha dashboard.

8. User Responsibilities

• Ensure all messages comply with WhatsApp and Meta policies.
• Do not share your Bahasha access with unauthorized users.
• Keep your Bahasha account and wallet in good standing.
• Monitor campaign performance and usage responsibly.

9. Service Availability

Bahasha strives to maintain uninterrupted service, but the shared number may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, provider issues, messaging limits, or network disruptions. Bahasha is not liable for delays or interruptions beyond its control.

10. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in policies, platform capabilities, or regulatory requirements. Users will be notified of major updates, and continued use of the shared number constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
