One of the biggest concerns businesses have with bulk WhatsApp messaging is the fear of getting banned. With Bahasha, this fear is addressed through a system designed around compliance, quality messaging, and WhatsApp’s official guidelines, so you can scale confidently without risking your account. Bahasha uses the official Whatsapp Business Platform and is an approved meta business partner.
Bahasha operates in line with WhatsApp Business standards, meaning your messaging limits grow as your account builds trust and maintains high-quality interactions.
For approved business accounts, messaging starts strong, with the ability to send messages to up to 2,000 unique users per day. As your account demonstrates good engagement and quality messaging, this limit increases progressively to 10,000, then 100,000, and eventually scales to unlimited messaging.
For unapproved accounts, Bahasha still provides significant capacity. You can send up to 250 messages per day, which is more than enough for small campaigns or early-stage outreach. After about a month of consistently sending high-quality messages, your limit can increase to 2,000 per day, and from there, it scales similarly to approved accounts.
The key takeaway: sending bulk messages alone will not get you banned. WhatsApp does not penalize volume when using Bahasha, it penalizes behavior.
Accounts typically get flagged due to:
Spamming users
Sending misleading or scam-related content
Receiving frequent blocks or reports from recipients
Bahasha helps you avoid these risks by encouraging best practices and providing built-in tools to stay compliant.
One of the most important features is the automatic unsubscribe system. With Bahasha, you can give users a simple way to opt out of messages, by replying with a keyword like “unsubscribe”. The platform detects this automatically and removes the user from future campaigns, helping you maintain a clean and engaged contact list while protecting your sender reputation.
This not only keeps you compliant but also improves your overall messaging performance. Engaged audiences lead to better delivery rates, higher response rates, and faster scaling of your messaging limits.
In addition, Bahasha’s structured contact management, smart labeling, and AI-assisted tools help you target the right users with the right messages, reducing the chances of negative feedback and increasing the value of every message sent.
Bulk WhatsApp messaging doesn't have to be risky. With the right approach, and the right platform, you can scale your outreach safely and effectively. Bahasha gives you the tools, structure, and safeguards to grow without fear, while keeping your communication professional, compliant, and trusted. Register an account with Bahasha today
